By registering an account on imagpng.com (imagpng.com), you warrant that you are at least 13 years of age and that all credentials supplied are accurate. You are solely responsible for protecting your account passwords and API access keys.

Credit Policies: Free account users are granted 10 daily credits for AI removals and generations. Credits reset at midnight (UTC) and do not roll over. Pro plan members are credited 500 actions monthly. Botting, farming, or scripting queries to bypass credit limits constitutes a violation of these terms.

Your rights over your designs are governed by clear licensing rules:

• Your Uploads: You retain full copyright ownership of any images uploaded to our compressors, converters, or editor. You grant us a limited license to process, resize, and stream the assets for the sole purpose of rendering services back to you.
• AI Outputs: Ownership of AI-generated assets resides with you, subject to the open terms of the Hugging Face model creators. You are free to use generated assets and logos commercially.
• Library Assets: High-resolution PNGs downloaded from our public asset marketplace are released under CC0 (Creative Commons Zero) or equivalent permissions. You may use, adapt, and distribute them without attribution.

To maintain platform security, users are strictly prohibited from:

• Uploading copyrighted images without permission.
• Uploading media containing malicious payloads, virus vectors, or malware files designed to corrupt our Node.js and Sharp compilers.
• Prompting the AI generator to output offensive, hateful, or explicit material violating Hugging Face Safety policies.
• Scraping the free PNG library database using spiders, crawlers, or automated scraping scripts.

Subscription Fees: imagpng.com Pro is billed monthly at $15/month. Payments are collected on the date of activation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled from the user billing dashboard prior to the billing cycle expiration.

Refunds: Since credits are consumed dynamically on digital generation, refunds are generally not granted once credits have been used. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

imagpng.com (imagpng.com) is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that operations will be completely uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for business interruptions, loss of images, or financial damages resulting from processing pipelines.
