By using our tools (AI Background Remover, Converter, Compressor, AI Generator, online editor, or logo wizard), you consent to the operations described herein. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not upload files or supply prompt inputs to our services.
2. How We Handle Uploaded Images
Unlike standard web repositories, imagpng.com handles media files through a highly localized, secure processing pipeline:
- Temporary Buffer Storage: Uploaded images are initially kept in memory or as temporary secure files on our server during active operations (like conversions and compressions).
- Sharp Processing Engine: Formats are converted or optimized locally using our Node.js Sharp subprocess pipeline, ensuring no third-party cloud is exposed during basic operations.
- Cloudinary Integration: When users manually request to save an image, save a project on their dashboard, or generate AI assets, the final transparent PNG is uploaded to our secure storage partner (Cloudinary).
- Deletion Window: Temp files are automatically purged from our local server buffers within 24 hours of upload. Users can delete dashboard-stored projects at any time, which triggers immediate calls to delete matching media from Cloudinary databases.
3. AI Processing & Neural Models
Our AI tools feature two distinct pathways:
Background Remover (rembg)
Images uploaded for background removal are securely piped to our private FastAPI uvicorn server running the `rembg` U-Net model locally. The neural calculation is performed entirely inside our closed hosting parameters.
AI Generator (Hugging Face)
When generating transparent items via prompt parameters, your styling choice is compiled into token parameters and sent to Hugging Face Inference APIs. No personal identifiers are forwarded during prompt submission.
4. Third-Party Storage & Services
To deliver authentication, storage, and database features, we integrate with established infrastructure partners:

5. Security, Deletion, and Global Rights

- Right to Deletion: You can purge your entire profile directly through your account dashboard, which instantly drops Supabase rows and requests Cloudinary file releases.
- Right to Portability: You can export a JSON log of your download and conversion history from your settings panel.
- International Operations: User databases sit in AWS data warehouses located in the USA/EU. We apply Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to safe-keep data cross borders.
6. Google AdSense & Advertising Cookies
imagpng.com displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense and third-party advertising vendors to maintain our free web tools:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to imagpng.com or other websites across the internet.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
