While our local Node/Sharp processors and FastAPI servers are highly reliable, file uploading carries inherent data transfer risks:

• No Backup Service: imagpng.com is a editing platform, not a permanent backup storage vault. Do not upload your only copy of critical design assets.
• Liability Limits: We are not responsible for any file corruptions, image losses, or project details deletions.

Our platform relies on external services (Supabase databases, Cloudinary media storage networks, and Hugging Face generative pipelines). We are not liable for outages, bandwidth caps, or security failures originating from these third-party infrastructure providers.
